The City of Eden

The Story

Carmen has never left the invisible walls of the City of Eden, where magical creatures pretend to be free. A sheltered forest nymph, she endures bullying from werewolves and vampires while believing her kind belongs at the bottom. Curiosity and a reckless best friend drive her to sneak into the human world for the first time. Danger strikes immediately when vampires attack, but Garfield, a powerful werewolf Alpha, saves her. He is her fated mate. Torn between fear and an unexplainable pull, Carmen enters a forbidden bond. She is later kidnapped and used as a pawn in a war between species. Buried secrets surface, revealing the dark truth behind Eden, her mother’s disappearance, and why nymphs were kept safe. With Garfield and her friends at her side, Carmen faces a choice. She can remain the powerless girl everyone steps on or become the spark of a new era. Nymphs finally claim their freedom as she rejects the cage that held her.
