The Story

Harper Reed listens in horror as Ethan Carlyle declares her useless after the coastal vote. Cast out by her adoptive family, she uncovers a secret left by her mother Catherine. The Whitmore Coastal Covenant grants her veto power over the Carlyle project. Harper gathers evidence to fight back. She revokes permits and exposes Richard Carlyle’s corruption. She also reveals Madison’s fake pregnancy and Ethan’s lies. Harper halts the construction entirely. She replaces the development with Whitmore Coastal Park. A mysterious email arrives at the end. The message states that Catherine Whitmore’s death was not what it seemed.
