The Story

Elodie, an orphan, steps into her stepsister Nina's shoes to become the final bride sacrifice for the last dragon on Deep-Sea Dragon Isle. There, she discovers that all previous brides are dead. After a failed escape attempt leads to her recapture, she treats an injured man named Karen and learns she is immune to dragon fire. Back home, her stepmother plots to use her as a pawn, while a jealous witch named Selene fabricates betrayal to turn Karen against Elodie. The dragon attacks the mortal realm in vengeance. Karen meets Elodie's brother, uncovers the truth, and rescues the siblings. Selene's conspiracy to besiege the isle with the royal court is exposed. Elodie awakens her curse-breaking power to defeat the witch. The royal army halts, and Karen breaks his curse to regain human form. Elodie leaves her cruel family to protect her brother. She remains with Karen on Dragon Isle, ending three hundred years of lonely fate.
