The Five-Year Marriage Trap

The Story

Song Wanying uncovers her husband He Zhisong and their nanny Fang Xiaoqi having an affair on their fifth wedding anniversary. She discovers they have stolen her assets and plan to frame her for domestic violence. The next day, the couple stages a fake suicide leap, injuring their adopted daughter Song Beibei and manipulating their son Song Shule to accuse her. Wanying remains calm, installing hidden cameras to capture evidence. When Shule contracts a blood disease requiring a transplant, Wanying’s tests reveal no biological link. Fang Xiaoqi confesses that Shule is his illegitimate son with He Zhisong. As Fang Xiaoqi’s ex-husband demands money for the match, Wanying finds that Song Beibei is actually her biological daughter. She gathers the collected proof, leading to Fang Xiaoqi’s imprisonment. He Zhisong’s crimes are simultaneously exposed, resulting in his incarceration as well.
