The Good Black Family
The Story
Jordan, a seventeen year old Black honor student, faces wrongful detention at his elite school. The incident shatters his family’s model image, forcing them to confront a past marked by a secrecy deal signed by his father. While his mother fights back and his sister posts the video, Jordan rejects silence in favor of respectability. He chooses a public hearing to prove he deserves dignity without needing to be perfect.
