The Story
A blazing fire traps five-year-old Anna, leaving her fatally injured. Her mother Merry races the child to the emergency room in fire chief Bob's truck, but the vehicle strikes Karen’s car as the housewife returns from an affair. Karen blocks the path, demanding apologies and payment for damage. Merry, paramedic Eve, and bystanders beg her to move, yet she stubbornly refuses to yield. Unaware that the fire truck is saving her own daughter, Karen delays critical care.
