The Story

Josephine watches Chiara steal the bouquet and joke about leaving with groom Rhys, prompting laughter from the room. He had slept on Chiara’s lap at his bachelor party, and Rhys dismisses the incident as a joke. Josephine takes the microphone and tells him he is hers, while his mother also chooses Chiara. Left alone, Josephine departs the man her parents died saving. Later events include a deepfake, Chiara using her card for a bag, Grandma’s missed rescue, and hate that costs her job. At the station, she ends him. Auden stays. Rhys’s sorry meets her back.
