The Lion God Won’t Let Me Go

The Story

Leora’s desperate act to save her sister inadvertently wakes Arkan, the Lion God sealed for a millennium. His fatal curse brings bone-deep cold, and only Leora’s warmth offers relief. However, the wedding night marks a deadly transfer, where the curse shifts entirely to Leora, freezing her to death. Torn between affection and exploitation, she feigns obedience while drawing close to his heart. The moment she melts his icy defenses, she drives a hairpin into him.
