The Real Mrs. Morris

The Story

Catherine Morris returns from a year-long business trip to Seattle expecting a homecoming, only to find her life shattered. Her husband Evan has violated their childless pact, fathering a baby with his mistress Megan, who seizes the Beverly Hills mansion and assumes Catherine’s identity. Fired and humiliated, Catherine is branded insane before her brother Chris intervenes to rescue her. She soon uncovers that Evan built his fortune by stealing her patents. Justice eventually arrives as Megan faces prison for fraud and Evan is convicted of assault and bigamy. Catherine rises again, unveiling a revolutionary scientific breakthrough that establishes her as a Nobel candidate. She shines through her own achievements, standing as a renowned scientist and CEO rather than merely the president’s sister.
