The Ungrateful Heiress

The Story

Ethan York, Chairman of the Onyx Group, has raised the orphan Felicity York since childhood. When her biological parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Walton, finally locate her, their influence turns her against her guardian. Ethan arranges for Felicity to become the group's successor, yet she mistakenly credits her biological parents for this promotion. At her wedding ceremony, she publicly humiliates Ethan and shatters the Jade. He attempts to reveal his true identity, but she remains skeptical and doubtful. Just then, his aide arrives to provide the necessary confirmation of his status.
