Unquestioning Obedience: All Episodes

The Story

Jack enlists in the army to secure his family farm, arriving at Moore Base to face the rigid discipline of drill sergeant Kane. Fourteen years prior, a young Jack rescued Kane, creating a secret bond that drives the sergeant to seek proximity to his former savior. This closeness ignites envy in fellow recruit Bob, who conspires with a captain to sabotage both men. Danger strikes during a severe blizzard exercise, forcing Jack into a life-threatening situation. Kane abandons all duty to risk his own survival and pull Jack to safety. The two find themselves isolated in a mountain cabin, leading to a raw confession of mutual feelings. They ultimately expose the conspirators who targeted them. Jack decides to remain at the base, choosing a life built on his connection with Kane rather than returning to the farm.
