Wed the Mafia Don , Right in Front of Her Ex

The Story

Sarah Claire shatters a decade of devotion by marrying Lucius Valerius right in front of her ex, Kian Sterling. For ten years, she endured Kian’s self inflicted punishments and silent suffering, believing their wedding was merely delayed. The truth destroys her when she learns Kian found the real killer of the old godfather four years ago but burned the evidence repeatedly to protect Vivian. Even when Kian harmed himself publicly to shield her, Sarah felt nothing but heartbreak. She leaves New York for the West Coast and marries Lucius, a destitute young man she saved in her youth who now leads the Valerius family. Kian chases her across the country, failing repeatedly as Sarah and Lucius grow closer. Vivian, consumed by resentment, disguises herself as medical staff to kidnap the pregnant Sarah. She forces Sarah to choose between the two men at ten thousand feet. Kian atones for his betrayal by dying alongside Vivian. Sarah and Lucius confirm their love through this crucible of life and death.
