When Love Faded

The Story

Adrian abandons his daughter, Esther, in a parked vehicle while he socializes with his childhood sweetheart, Stacy, and her son, Lucas. The intense summer heat causes the car engine to overheat and stall. With the air conditioning dead, temperatures inside the cabin spike rapidly. Esther faces the danger of a heatstroke as she struggles to breathe. She calls her father for assistance, but Adrian hangs up without listening to her plea. In her final moments, Esther dials her mother, Claire, begging for rescue. The tablet battery dies before she can reveal her location. Claire launches a frantic search for her missing child. The clock ticks down as the environment inside the car becomes increasingly lethal. Esther fights for survival while trapped in the scorching metal box. Her father ignores her distress. Her mother races against time to locate the hidden vehicle. The situation grows more critical with every passing second.
