When Love Fades Away

The Story

Adrian abandons his daughter, Esther, inside a parked vehicle while he spends time with his childhood sweetheart, Stacy, and her son, Lucas. The scorching summer heat causes the car to overheat and die, cutting off the air conditioning. Esther begins to swelter, approaching the brink of heatstroke and unconsciousness. She calls Adrian for help, but he hangs up without listening. As her tablet battery fails, Esther reaches out to her mother, Claire, begging for rescue. The device powers down before she can reveal her location. Claire launches a frantic search for her missing child. The heat intensifies inside the sealed car, and Esther’s condition deteriorates rapidly. Claire moves through the streets with growing panic, desperate to locate the specific spot where her daughter is trapped. The clock runs out as the temperature rises, leaving Claire to race against time to reach Esther before the situation becomes irreversible.
