When Love Is Gone

The Story

Adrian abandons his daughter Esther in a scorching car to attend to his childhood sweetheart Stacy and her son Lucas. As the vehicle overheats and the air conditioning fails, Esther begins to suffocate and slip into heatstroke. She desperately calls her father for help, but he hangs up without a second thought. In her final moments, Esther manages to call her mother Claire, begging for her life before the line goes dead without revealing her location. Plunged into utter panic, Claire begins a desperate search for her missing child. The heat continues to rise inside the sealed car as time runs out for the trapped girl. Claire races against the clock, driven by pure terror and the need to save the daughter she just lost contact with. Every second counts as she tries to locate the exact spot where the call cut off, hoping to arrive before the unthinkable happens.
