The Story

Direk Wongsawat, the nation's richest billionaire, is on his deathbed and relies on surgeon Chain to deliver a donor kidney by private jet. The flight takes off with a delay when Keeta, mother of Janita, uses the restroom. Janita, who is engaged to Direk's grandson Ongsa, publicly humiliates Chain for rushing them. Midway through the journey, Keeta suffers a heart attack. Chain performs life-saving CPR, but the procedure breaks her ribs. Janita shows no gratitude and instead demands a humiliating apology from the surgeon. When Chain refuses, she threatens to destroy the organ. He reveals Direk's critical condition to prove the urgency, yet Janita remains skeptical. Her doubt vanishes when she smashes the cooler and finds the kidney labeled with Direk Wongsawat's name, confirming it belongs to her fiancé's grandfather.
