The Story

Derek Wolf, America’s wealthiest man, faces death and hires elite surgeon Shaun to transport a donor kidney by plane for a secret operation. The journey stalls when Kim, the mother of Jessica, delays the group in the bathroom. Jessica humiliates Shaun as he urges them to hurry. After takeoff, Kim suffers a heart attack. Shaun saves her life but breaks her ribs in the process. Jessica, ungrateful, demands a humiliating apology from the doctor. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. Shaun is forced to reveal Derek’s critical condition. He pleads with Jessica, but she dismisses his warnings. She finally acts on her threat and smashes the case open. Inside, she finds the name Derek Wolf written on the organ. It belongs to her own fiancé’s grandfather. The revelation shocks her as she stares at the label, realizing the person she tried to harm is connected to her future husband.
