He Made Me Kneel, I Saved His Mother

The Story

Mary Miller requires emergency surgery following a fall, forcing the Director to recall Harper Evans from her vacation. Although Mary is Harper’s abusive ex-mother-in-law, the medical need demands immediate attention. During the rush to the hospital, Harper accidentally collides with Mary’s son, Jason Miller. Upon recognizing his ex-wife, Jason begins an argument. His girlfriend, Tiffany Scott, and her brother join in, assaulting Harper and a helpful neighbor. The group extorts a forty-five thousand dollar IOU before allowing Harper to leave. At the hospital, Jason finds his mother awake, and she blames Harper for the accident. A video of Jason obstructing Harper quickly goes viral. Deeply ashamed of the family’s behavior, Mary orders her relatives to kneel before Harper. The IOU is destroyed, and authorities arrest Jason and his group.
