He Pretended to Get Bullied Only for Her

The Story

Lily’s heart shatters when she overhears the truth about the boy she has protected from school bullies. He admits to faking his abuse solely to keep the attention of a new student named Ivy. A male friend confirms the deception, noting that Lily only feels safe when holding his hand. He dismisses her pain, stating that Ivy merely needs to suffer a little longer while he performs this act for her benefit. Lily realizes her endless endurance and plans to transfer schools with him meant nothing to him. In a sudden shift, she reveals her true identity as the sole heir of the Winchester family. She turns away from the scene and makes a phone call to her mother. She asks about the elite school previously discussed and declares that she is going there alone.
