The Story

Lorraine prepares to tell Andrew about her pregnancy, only to watch him bring his first love, Lucy, into their home. Lucy's manipulations spark a fierce argument that ends with their impulsive divorce. Nine months later, Andrew stumbles upon Lorraine's medical report and searches the city for her. He finds her after she has given birth to twins and is forced to hand over their firstborn, Chris. To escape, Lorraine fakes her own death. Eight years pass before she returns to the country with her second child, Alex, for work. This reunion brings her face to face with Andrew once again. With the twins' assistance, the two slowly begin to notice the changes in each other. Their deep-seated prejudice toward one another starts to shift as they navigate this unexpected return.
