The Alpha Forgot Me, So I Let Him Go

The Story

Wren, an Omega, watches her Alpha mate Kade destroy their shared history after he loses his memory in a cliff fall. He falls in love with the nurse who saved him and forgets her entirely. Reborn, Wren stops trying to awaken his past. She observes him burn her silver hunting knife, smash the moonstone wall engraved with their names, and place the wolf-fang necklace he carved for her around the nurse's neck. When the nurse fakes a fall, Kade shoves Wren underwater. Kidnappers later sink them into a lake and force him to choose who lives. He selects the nurse. Wren sinks beneath the surface, and the mate mark on her neck splits open. The life-saving debt from her previous life and her letting go in this one are fully repaid. Wren lets him go and ends their connection forever.
