The Cold CEO Who Spoiled Me Online

The Story

Rhys stands frozen in his best friend’s living room, realizing the cold CEO brother he has known for years is the exact man he lied to and ghosted half a year ago. The revelation shatters the silence as he immediately recognizes her voice and begins testing her relentlessly. Tension escalates later at a bar when a creep attempts to drug her. Rhys shields her from the danger by chugging eight drinks in a single sitting. The confrontation reaches its peak when they are trapped together inside his car. He stares directly into her eyes and recites every fake detail she once shared with him online. The moment hangs heavy with unspoken history as he demands to know if she ever regretted leaving him behind.
