Waking Up From a Deep Sleep

The Story

Madeline Hayes opens her eyes after three years in a vegetative state, having endured abuse from a partner who cheated while she lay semi-conscious. The moment she regains consciousness, violence erupts as Stella Brooks ransacks her room and beats Mia Thorne. Madeline strikes Stella with a bat, sparking a fierce dispute with Victor Thorne. The conflict escalates rapidly when Stella kills Victor and then takes her own life.
