The Story

Twenty years ago, Raymond Crawford murdered his closest friend for gold and adopted the boy’s sons, Arthur and Desmond Gallagher. Upon learning the truth, Arthur staged his death to vanish. He built the Torrent Group and bided his time in the shadows for two decades. Now, he returns with five hundred tons of gold to launch a massive commercial assault on Vanguard Corporation. Desmond, blinded by lies, mistakes his enemy for a father. Under Raymond’s coercion, he even attacks Arthur. In the end, Arthur utilizes the gold to short sell Vanguard. He acquires sixty percent of its shares and completely crushes Raymond Crawford. This final move allows him to avenge his parents.
