The Story

Derek Wolf, the nation’s wealthiest tycoon, lies dying and relies on a secret kidney transplant to survive. He hires top surgeon Shaun to transport the vital organ by plane. The mission falters when Kim, mother of Jessica, insists on using the restroom before departure. Shaun urges haste, but Jessica mocks him. After takeoff, Kim suffers a heart attack. Shaun saves her life, though he breaks her ribs during the procedure. Jessica refuses gratitude and instead demands a humiliating apology. When Shaun refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney. He is forced to reveal Derek’s terminal condition and begs for her help. Jessica remains unconvinced until she smashes the medical case. She reads the name written on the inside: Derek Wolf, the grandfather of her fiancé, Erik. The truth finally lands on her as she realizes who she has nearly killed.
