The Story

Derek Wolf, America's wealthiest billionaire, relies on elite surgeon Shaun to transport a donor kidney for a secret transplant before he dies. The flight is delayed when Kim, mother of Jessica, steps away to use the restroom. Shaun urges the group to hurry, but Jessica humiliates him for his impatience. Shortly after takeoff, Kim suffers a sudden heart attack. Shaun saves her life, breaking her ribs during the emergency procedure. Jessica remains ungrateful and demands that Shaun apologize on his knees. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the organ. Forced to reveal Derek's critical condition, Shaun begs for her cooperation. Jessica dismisses his warnings until she smashes the container. She discovers the name Derek Wolf on the label, realizing the organ belongs to her own fiancé's grandfather.
