He Who Laughs Last, Laughs Best: All Episodes

The Story

Alexander Carter’s death in a car crash five years before the wedding left a widow behind, or so everyone believed. When he suddenly appears at a luxury Manhattan hotel, sleeping with her stepsister Marjorie, he mocks her with a cruel ultimatum: she can be his mistress, but Marjorie will hold the title of Mrs. Carter. She smiles and reveals he has mistaken her for someone else. While they partied in Europe, she was already married to his uncle, the true power behind the Carter family. She now has a four-year-old daughter and possesses video footage from the night of the crash. The man who thought he held all the cards is about to learn the truth about the woman he tried to humiliate.
