The Story

America’s wealthiest man faces death, and only a fresh kidney can save him. Renowned surgeon Shaun carries the organ on a top-secret flight. Delays on the ground escalate tensions as Kim, Jessica’s mother, takes her time in the restroom. Jessica, who is engaged to Erik, Derek’s grandson, mocks Shaun when he urges her to hurry. Once airborne, Kim suffers a sudden heart attack. Shaun saves her life, but the procedure requires breaking several of her ribs. Jessica shows no gratitude and instead demands a public apology. When Shaun refuses, she threatens to destroy the kidney cooler. He reveals the organ belongs to Derek Wolf. Jessica remains skeptical until she rips the box open and sees the name. The realization that the patient is her fiancé’s grandfather shocks her.
