No Tears, No Pity: All Episodes

The Story

Alexander Carter dies in a car crash the day before the wedding, leaving no tears or public grief behind. Five years later, he reappears at a Manhattan hotel party, half-naked and brazen, pushing his step-sister Marjorie against a chaise lounge. Screams echo through the room as he notices the observer but continues without stopping, smirking as he taunts her. He labels her obsession creepy and offers a schedule of visits, declaring Marjorie his wife while demanding she be grateful for her role as a mistress. The observer smiles and claims he has mistaken her for someone else. This calm response masks a secret from the night of the crash: a video was recorded. While Alexander was away in Europe, the observer married his uncle, the true head of the Carter family, securing a position far beyond the one Alexander offered.
