The Story

America’s wealthiest man, Jalal Amir, faces death and hires surgeon Shawqi to deliver a donor kidney via plane for a secret transplant. The journey turns chaotic when Karima, mother of Jamila and mother-in-law to Jalal’s grandson, delays takeoff by using the restroom. Jamila insults Shawqi for urging them to hurry. Once airborne, Karima suffers a heart attack, forcing Shawqi to save her life by breaking her ribs. Jamila reacts with rage, demanding a demeaning apology from the doctor. When he refuses, she threatens to destroy the vital organ. Shawqi is compelled to reveal Jalal’s critical condition, pleading for her to stop. Jamila remains skeptical until she smashes the transport case. She finally recognizes the name on the container: Jalal Amir, the grandfather of her own fiancé.
